Launch of the ATP Tennis Tour in Monaco

Sacha’s increasing acclaim in Europe, lead to his invitation
by Prince Albert of Monaco to launch the ATP Senior Tennis tour
in Monte Carlo with a Private View of his latest collection. The
sell-out show was attended by all the old favourites such as John
McEnroe, Yannick Noah, Henri Leconte, Mansour Bahrami, Mats Wilander,
Thomas Muster and Petre Korda and celebrities including Prince Albert,
Michael Johnson and Gerhard Berger. Sacha donated a painting “The
Game” for the charity auction in Prince Albert’s own
Hermitage Hotel. In addition, Sacha produced a “handprint”
painting, with all the players’ (and Prince Albert’s)
handprints and signatures placed on a canvas around which Sacha
created an original work of art. Sacha’s paintings were auctioned
for 55,000, bought by Philip Green of Arcadia Group.

ATP Senior Tennis Tour, Royal Albert Hall,
London Dec 03/Dec 04
As a result Sacha was asked to produce “handprint” paintings
for 2 consecutive years which he painted live and auctioned for
MIND Charity at the Royal Albert Hall’s Honda Challenge Tennis
Event raising 35,000 pounds. In 2004 Sacha became the event’s
official artist painting the front cover for The Masters Magazine.

Official Artist for the ATP Senior Tennis
Tour, Royal Albert Hall, London – Dec 04
Sacha was been asked to be the official artist of the tournament
and produced a painting for the front cover of the ATP Masters Magazine.
He created a live painting around the handprints and signatures
of all the tennis players which was auctioned in the main Royal
Albert Hall arena for £25,000.
